Hallsville Pounces Greenville

HALLSVILLE 70, GREENVILLE 61: GREENVILLE — Blaine Parker lit up the scoreboard for 30 points, and the Hallsville Bobcats used a big second half to earn a 70-61 win over Greenville in District 16-5A play.

Shadd Berg had 13 points, Matt Mowery 11, Kameron Fitzpatrick nine and Chris Timberlake seven for Hallsville, which outscored the Lions 45-32 after halftime.

Hallsville (17-5) is idle on Friday and will host Pine Tree next Tuesday.
