ET Boys Basketball Roundup: Hallsville trounces Quinlan Ford

HALLSVILLE 65, QUINLAN FORD 44: EMORY — The Hallsville Bobcats, paced by 15-point nights from Jeremy Swalley and Blaine Parker, won the championship of the Rains Holiday Tournament with a 65-44 win over Quinlan Ford.

Kameron Fitzpatrick added 12 points for the Bobcats (6-0), who led 22-12 after one quarter and 33-22 at halftime.

Brendarian Dawson and Matt Mowery had six points a piece, Rowdy Smith four, Chris Timberlake and Isaiah Rodgers three a piece and Shadd Berg one.

Earlier in the day, Brendarian Dawson and Parker had 20 points a piece. Swalley added 13, Berg nine, Fitzpatrick four, Smith and Rodgers three a piece and Brock Puckett, Brandarian Dawson and Mowery two a piece.

Hallsville will host Nacogdoches on Tuesday.
