After leading 32-30 at the intermission, the Bobcats let down their guard in the third quarter and allowed the Tigers to take control of the game. The Cats fought back to trim the Texas High lead to 68-63 late in the fourth - but it was too little, too late, as Hallsville fell 64-74.
Ryan Cole was the leading scorer for the Bobcats with 19, followed by Blaine Parker with 11, Nolan Johnson with 10, and Johnathan Mitchell with 9. Cole also led with 6 rebounds, while Coleton Lassetter and Mitchell added 5 each. Johnson led the Bobcats with 6 assists.
