Bobcats Come up Just Short in District Opener 58-53

The Bobcats could not quite take advantage of their chances versus the Marshall Mavericks in a hard fought District Opener at Marshall.

The Bobcats were led by Ryan Cole with 18 points and 5 steals, Blaine Parker with 15 and 7 rebounds, Johnathan Mitchell with 10 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks, and Nolan Johnson with 8 assists. Coleton Lassetter also added 6 rebounds, and Matt Mowery took 3 charges.
